Currently, Solves Strips® are available exclusively in Canada. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. The Naturemary products are also distributed through Vertex Wellness Supply for the Canadian market.

Each pack of Solves Strips® contains 30 strips — that is a full month's supply if you use one per day.

Simply place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. It takes about 3 seconds. No water needed. You can take it anywhere — at the gym, at your desk, or right before bed.

We recommend taking one Melatonin strip 20–30 minutes before your intended bedtime. Start with one strip and adjust as needed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

The Electrolyte strip can be taken before, during, or after exercise. It is also great first thing in the morning or any time you need a hydration boost. There is no strict timing — use it whenever it fits your routine.

Each Electrolyte strip contains a scientifically balanced blend of Sodium and Potassium — the two key electrolytes your body loses through sweat and activity.

Each Melatonin strip contains 3mg of melatonin — a widely used dose for sleep support. This is the same amount found in many traditional melatonin gummies and capsules.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vertexwellnesssupply@gmail.com and we will make it right. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement products.
